the reception staff were quite helpful (i really needed that). the apartment had nice extras like milk and muffins. tea and coffee, a really nice touch. the location worked well for everything i wanted to do in the city. the apartment was very well equipped.

The deposit return took longer than i expected. It should have been immediate at checkout.
