The hotel is ideally located in the center of Leeds, very convenient for exploring the city, but the layout with high stairs dividing the levels can be a bit inconvenient. The rooms are spacious and lovely, but the presence of only double beds may not suit everyone. A major downside was a significant leak that affected our belongings and spread into the living area and one of the bedrooms.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, although being above a bar made it a bit noisy until around midnight. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful staff who even provided us with portable heaters. The location was fantastic, close to the trinity shopping centre and convenient for both train travel and exploring the city on foot. Dining options were great, especially the delicious brunch at the nearby bar and grill.
I had a great time staying at this hotel! The rooms, especially my daughter's, were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus, even though we didn't use the kitchen. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, right across from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience offered a variety of drinks and snacks, which was nice. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
